1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xg555 ("xg555", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at xg555.org ("Platform", "Site").

xg555 is an online gaming operator providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and related online gaming services to eligible players, primarily those based in Pakistan. The Platform operates under an international online gaming licence and is subject to the terms, conditions, and regulatory obligations imposed by the relevant licensing authority.

By accessing the xg555 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Service in any manner, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• Understand and accept that gambling carries financial risk.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the xg555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use the xg555 Platform. xg555 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 21 years of age. Any funds deposited into an account held by an underage user will be returned to the depositing payment method, and all winnings accrued on that account will be voided and forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The xg555 Platform is intended for use by eligible players in permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the xg555 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. xg555 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at its absolute discretion, without prior notice.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the xg555 Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. xg555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed, bonuses claimed, or withdrawals requested from such accounts. The original account may also be suspended at the Company's discretion.

2.4 Account Registration

To register an account on xg555, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. xg555 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and at any subsequent point. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3 Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your xg555 account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances. xg555 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

xg555 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations. You may be required to provide copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.

3.3 Account Currency

All xg555 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in PKR. xg555 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via USDT TRC20 will have their deposit converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account shall be deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. xg555 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee against the account balance of inactive accounts, subject to prior notification by email to the registered account address. xg555 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity fees.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xg555 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20

xg555 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on the xg555 Platform is PKR 300 via mobile wallet (JazzCash or EasyPaisa). Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer and USDT TRC20 methods may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction. xg555 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of xg555.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your xg555 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers may take one to three business days to be reflected in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. xg555 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions outside of the Company's control.

4.4 Deposit Limits

xg555 may impose deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations or its AML compliance procedures. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Voluntary deposit limits can be reduced at any time with immediate effect; increases to voluntary deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your xg555 account, you must have completed the required KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification. xg555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. xg555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods not previously used for deposits to your xg555 account. The Company reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any withdrawal destination before processing a withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

xg555 aims to process approved withdrawal requests as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay: Within minutes of approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• USDT TRC20: Within 24 hours of approval

These timeframes are indicative only. xg555 shall not be held responsible for delays arising from payment service provider processing times, banking holidays, or additional verification requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion. Funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been fully met. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus will be communicated to you at the time the bonus is offered.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

xg555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where live in-play betting is not explicitly offered), bets placed on markets that have been suspended, and bets placed using erroneous odds. Acceptance of a bet by xg555 does not constitute confirmation that the bet will stand; xg555 retains the right to void bets in cases of manifest error in odds, system error, or attempted fraud.

6.2 Cricket & PSL Betting

Cricket is xg555's primary sports betting product for Pakistani players. PSL (Pakistan Super League), international Test cricket, T20 internationals, and One Day Internationals are all offered with comprehensive betting markets. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures). xg555's cricket betting rules, including provisions for rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results, and abandoned matches, are published separately in the xg555 Sports Betting Rules document available upon request.

6.3 Odds & Market Settlement

All odds displayed on the xg555 Platform are subject to change without prior notice, including up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is confirmed and accepted shall be the final odds for settlement purposes. xg555 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player failing to verify the odds at the time of bet placement. Markets will be settled as promptly as possible following the conclusion of the relevant event, based on official results. xg555 reserves up to 72 hours to settle markets in cases where official results are delayed or subject to appeal.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

xg555 applies maximum payout limits to individual betting markets and individual players. Maximum payout thresholds vary by sport, market, and event and will be communicated at the time of bet placement where applicable. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to the maximum payout amount at settlement.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by xg555 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

xg555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering requirement risk with minimal market exposure; using automated software to exploit promotional offers; and colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures. xg555 reserves the right to void bonuses, void bets, and permanently close accounts engaged in any form of bonus abuse.

7.4 Eligibility

Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed the xg555 KYC verification process, unless otherwise stated. xg555 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion, including players who have previously been found to have engaged in irregular betting patterns or bonus abuse.

8 Casino & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the xg555 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request. xg555 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure during a casino game session, xg555 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. xg555 shall not be liable for any losses, claimed winnings, or inconvenience arising from a technical malfunction. The Company's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.

8.3 Slot Games

Slot games on the xg555 Platform are subject to the rules and paytables published by the individual game provider. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and subject to change at any time. Minimum stake requirements for eligibility to win progressive jackpots, where applicable, will be displayed within the relevant game interface.

8.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party live dealer providers. xg555 is not responsible for errors made by live dealer personnel, though the Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from live game sessions in good faith. Live casino tables may have individual minimum and maximum stake limits that differ from other gaming products on the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

xg555 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. xg555 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion from xg555.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xg555 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and winnings, and/or legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information trading, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the xg555 Platform for money laundering or any other criminal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the exploitation of promotional offers through irregular betting patterns;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems or data;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xg555 staff or other players in any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the xg555 Platform, including but not limited to the xg555 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of xg555 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xg555 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of xg555.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xg555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the xg555 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the Service;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account;
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit xg555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your xg555 account at any time by contacting the xg555 customer support team. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Closure by xg555

xg555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, xg555 reserves the right to void all bets and forfeit any remaining account balance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xg555 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and xg555 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact xg555's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. xg555 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. The Company's decision on all betting and gaming disputes shall be final, subject to any escalation procedures available under the applicable licensing framework.

15 Amendments to These Terms

xg555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, xg555 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the xg555 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
